04 / Questions

Frequently asked questions

How large can a training group be?

Awareness sessions work for groups of any size, from a handful of people to the whole company. Hands-on technical and tabletop sessions work best with smaller groups so everyone can take part — we will recommend a format when we scope your program.

Can the training be customized to our industry?

Yes. Every program is adapted to your sector, your systems and your policies, and examples are drawn from the threats most relevant to your business.

Does training help with cyber insurance and compliance?

Most cyber-insurance applications and frameworks such as NIST CSF, ISO/IEC 27001 and CIS Controls expect regular security awareness training. Our attendance records and results summaries are designed to serve as that evidence.

Are phishing simulations safe for our staff?

Simulations are run only with written authorization, never collect real passwords, and are used for coaching rather than blame. Results are reported at the level of detail you choose.

How do we get started?
